How to Get a Voucher

• Call 541-485-7768 and leave your name and phone number (speak slowly, please)
  and a message telling us the kind of dog you have and if it is male or female.


• We will call you back within 72 hours to discuss your situation and details on how to schedule your appointment. Any portion of the surgery you can afford you will pay to the clinic; the voucher amount agreed upon will be paid by S.P.O.T. directly to the clinic.


• We will arrange for a voucher for you at either WAG, 541-345-3566 or
  Greenhill Humane Society, 541-689-1503


• Follow through on the instructions our phone volunteer gives you.
