Stop Pet Overpopulation Today (SPOT) Spay Neuter Voucher Program is providing funding directly to our dog spay/neuter partners: Main Street Spay Neuter -Low Cost Spay/Neuter & Wellness Clinic in Springfield, Eugene Spay and Neuter Clinic, Echo Hollow Veterinary Hospital in Eugene, and Forest Valley Veterinary Clinic in Cottage Grove. SPOT also partners with Pro-Bone-O to spay/neuter dogs in the homeless population.

SPOT raises money and provides funds for a streamlined assistance program for qualified low-income Lane County dog owners. SPOT vouchers can be virtually accessed and redeemed by contacting one of the following clinics. Tell the clinic you choose that you would like to use a SPOT Voucher. $150.00 vouchers are available.

Eligibility: To qualify, dogs must be individually owned pets. SPOT is unable to provide our limited funds for financial assistance to rescue organizations, breeders, or anyone selling dogs.
